Dance classes in Wrocław for English speakers

No Limits is a dance school in Wrocław, at Tęczowa 25, open since 2013. Our classes are taught in Polish, but you don't need Polish to join: dance is learned by watching and repeating, and our instructors speak English and will explain anything you miss.

Can I join without speaking Polish?

Yes. In a beginner group the instructor shows every step and counts out loud, so you can follow by watching. If something is unclear, ask in English before or after class.

Which classes are best to start with?

  • Beginner groups ("od zera", level P0). A new group starts from the very first step and meets once a week at the same time.
  • Intensive courses ("kurs intensywny"). Many classes in a short time. Good if you are in Wrocław for a limited time.
  • OPEN classes. One-off classes you can drop into without signing up for a whole course.

We teach 17 styles, from couple dances such as bachata, salsa and "taniec użytkowy" (social dancing for weddings and parties) to solo styles such as high heels, twerk, hip-hop and pole dance. Each style is described in one or two sentences (in Polish) on the page co to za taniec.

Do I need a partner?

No. In most couple-dance classes partners rotate. Only groups marked "dla par" (for couples) need you to come as a pair.

How do I pay?

With a class pass ("karnet") bought at the school, or with a sports card: MultiSport, FitProfit or PZU Sport, with no extra charge. A few pole dance groups take only class passes (and PZU Sport); the schedule says so at the group. When you sign up for a course with a sports card, you pay a 60 zł refundable deposit. Prices are on the page cennik and card rules on karty sportowe, both in Polish; write to us and we will explain them in English.

How do I sign up?

Choose a group in the schedule and sign up online, or write to us in English and we will help you find a group. Phone and e-mail are on the page kontakt.
